Existing management systems were not adapted to the unique needs of small beauty businesses. The challenge was to create a streamlined solution that provided essential features while being visually appealing and easy to use.

The process began with a benchmarking study of existing solutions in the market, taking i consideration insigths provided by the client regarding the systems they had previously encountered or used. A visual concept for the platform was developed based on brand guidelines created within the project. A provisional brand was designed for market validation. During this phase, navigation flows, an inventory of features, and a moodboard were also developed. The design emphasized femininity, elegance, and the modern, minimalist style appropriate for the beauty industry. A simplified interface was crafted to ensure ease of use, focusing on essential functions such as client scheduling, calendar management, and service portfolios.

The final solution was a user-friendly management system that allowed beauty professionals to manage their operations with ease. The platform was divided into two main interfaces: one for the professionals, managing their schedules and services, and one for clients, offering access to portfolios and appointment booking. The system’s design emphasized both functionality and beauty, with colors and fonts chosen to reflect the femininity and elegance of the beauty industry while maintaining a modern, minimalist interface. This solution effectively met the needs of small businesses and independent professionals, while providing a foundation for future growth and customization.
