a little bit of context
I was hired through an agency to redesign a financial management platform for micro and small businesses. The platform had already gone through business validation and was ready for a more polished and professional look. At the same time, feedback from pilot users pointed out some usability issues, so my work also involved auditing the experience to improve navigation, information hierarchy, and overall accessibility, making the platform clearer and easier to use.
Oh, and you might be wondering why the logo is hidden in the prototypes. The founders kindly allowed me to share this project in my portfolio, but they asked me to keep the logo under wraps until the platform's official launch

After documenting the briefing, feedback notes, and expectations for the new version, I started by mapping out all interactions and user flows in the existing platform and outlining a new structure. I also conducted a brief benchmarking analysis to identify opportunities and understand how competitors and similar products addressed the pain points we had identified.

The interface was carefully refined, componentized, and systematically organized to streamline the development process. Thorough documentation covered all colors, typography, and spacing used across the interface, along with detailed specifications for buttons and inputs, including their interaction states.
